Established in 2001, VHO was created specifically to enable technology companies to outsource their Lead Generation, Appointment Setting and Business Intelligence needs. Our processes, expertise and abilities have been honed to maximise success rates and ROI within the technology sector. 

In a market dominated by battery-farm generic call-centres, we recognised that the scripted, auto-dialled, head-set bound 'norm' for business development services just didn't work for most of the technology sector. We knew because we had been on the other end. With a combined experience of IT sales and product development  measured in decades, we were frustrated with their lack of understanding of how to pitch often complex technology products to business. So we decided it didn't need to be this way. VHO was born.


We started by finding telemarketers who had previous backgrounds in IT sales and management, or university graduates in software engineering and related disciplines who were keen as mustard. We told them not to use scripts and headsets. We gave them the time to truly understand what they were selling (helped by a practicing chief technology officer on our board), and we provided incentives that emphasisied the quality of leads, not the quantity.

In 2018, VHO's founder wanted to focus some of her efforts around her life long passion of Travel and Tourism, something that after several years of travelling the world and infact emigrating on a couple of occassions actually came easy.


Then we simplified our product - a single hourly rate, no matter which service was provided, flexible contract terms with no lengthy lock-in clauses, and simple, prompt reporting.


The rest, as they say, is history.
